Therefore, today I will teach you the basics on how to order in German.<\/p>\n<h2>How to order in German? &#8211; Entering<\/h2>\n<p>Firstly, when you walk into a restaurant and want to be seated, you can ask the waiter\/waitress for a table for \u201d2\u201c (or any other number) by using the following sentence:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Ein Tisch f\u00fcr zwei, bitte.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Alternatively, you can go to a table and ask if the seats are taken by saying:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Sind diese Pl\u00e4tze noch frei?<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>If you have already made a reservation, you can inform the waiter\/waitress by saying:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Ich habe eine Reservierung um (number) Uhr.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2>Menu<\/h2>\n<p>Once you are sitting down and are ready to look at the food and drink options, you can ask the waiter\/waitress for the menu by saying the following:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Kann ich die Speisekarte bitte anschauen?<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>At a restaurant there is always some form of daily special.
